Hello Nannies on Call Family,
Happy Summer! It’s been 2 months since we re-opened our On Call Babysitting service and we wanted to share what’s been happening behind the scenes with you.
Firstly, we want to thank both our families and nannies for their loyalty and for trusting us during our re-opening. As excited as we are to be able to send our wonderful nannies to families’ homes, we believe that it is best to move forward slowly as we continue to follow the recommendations from our health authorities.
Health and Safety First
Not all of our nannies are actively working at the moment, as they continue to practice social distancing. Likewise, many of our regular families are not yet ready to welcome back nannies into their homes. We completely understand and support this.
At this time, we are only working with nannies who are social-distancing and in good health. Likewise, we are only sending nannies to families who continue to practice social-distancing and where all family members are in good health. When you book a babysitter with us, you will have to answer 4 short COVID-19 related questions which will help us choose the best nanny for your particular situation.
How to book an On Call Babysitter
Due to COVID-19, we are currently operating with a smaller staff, so all babysitting requests are now submitted via our online portal. You can also use our free Nannies On Call app on iPhone and Android. If you have an account with us, log in with your email address on file. Once we receive your online request, we’ll begin searching for a wonderful nanny and contact you once we are able to confirm one.
Our office hours have also been impacted by the global pandemic. We are currently open Monday through Friday, from 7AM PST to 5PM PST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all statutory holidays.
